A leading digital solutions provider in Düsseldorf is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will empower international sales teams through effective tools and processes. As Sales Enablement Specialist you will empower international sales teams with the tools processes and insights they need to succeed. You will support in leading product rollouts optimize workflows and introduce AI-driven solutions and CRM systems to boost efficiency and engagement. Your analytical skills will support forecasting reporting and the creation of business cases to support strategic decisions while your project management expertise ensures smooth execution across markets.
In this role you will work hand-in-hand with Country Managers Sales Leads and cross-functional teams to make sure our salesforce is equipped for success. Your key responsibilities include :
You are a natural connector with a strong sense of ownership. You know how to manage projects communicate effectively and keep multiple stakeholders aligned. You are comfortable with data and technology and you see them as tools to help sales teams win. You have worked in international environments and thrive in fast-paced dynamic settings.
You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. With a proven track record of improving processes and driving adoption you excel in project management and prioritization while maintaining ownership and accountability. Your communication and stakeholder management skills enable collaboration across teams and countries - also in other languages than English such as German Italian French or Spanish.
You bring a problem-solving mindset attention to detail and a passion for technology and innovation. Adaptable and independent you thrive in fast-changing environments and champion modern sales practices.

When you meet the requirements of this role you can expect an annual salary of approximately 55k.
