The Opportunity
Based in our Frankfurt office, the Sales Director, Europe will lead Melaleuca’s European sales organization and help shape the next phase of our growth.
- Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, this role has full ownership of sales performance across Germany, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, and Ireland
- Support and help shape new market expansion, including Italy
- Directly lead, coach, and develop an internal European sales team
- Provide strategic leadership to a large indirect sales organization across the region
- Drive sustainable growth through new member acquisition, retention, and profitability
- Success measured by consistently meeting and exceeding regional sales objectives

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop an internal European sales team
- Drive new member acquisition through Melaleuca’s indirect sales channel
- Set and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build trusted, value-driven relationships with key sales leaders and partners
- Ensure all sales activity reflects Melaleuca’s mission, values, and culture
- Implement programs that increase retention and long-term customer value
- Become a subject-matter expert in Melaleuca’s products and compensation plan
- Support sales leaders by asking insightful questions and overcoming objections
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in sales management or business development
- Proven success leading internal teams that consistently exceed goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence, motivate, and generate results through others
- Experience advising senior leaders on regional or market-specific topics
- Collaborative leadership style and high personal integrity
- Fluency in English and German required
- Italian language skills required
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
