We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Director (DACH). In this role, you will drive market expansion, oversee sales and partnerships, and build strong relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a front‑line, hands‑on role for a strategic, results‑driven professional who thrives on business development and achieving ambitious growth targets.

What you will do

  • Drive Impossible Cloud’s growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, establishing our presence as a leading cloud storage provider.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, MSPs, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Oversee sales operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

What you bring to the table

  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development within the DACH region in the cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors.
  • Established relationships with key industry players in the DACH region.
