Recruitment Process
  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage, we will select the CVs which will cover most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with a direct manager
Role Description
  • Finding leads at target companies within different industries and markets
  • Setting up cold calling, email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Preparing a tailored approach for C-level executives and Fortune 500 companies
  • Setting up discovery meetings (meeting is then attended by senior sales team members)
  • Understanding the eCommerce services and SaaS platforms agency offers
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Setting up discovery meetings with Fortune500 companies
  • Confidence, creative and proactive approach
  • Proficient English level (min C1)
  • Proven track record of work for SaaS company and/creative agency
  • Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce industry
Nice To Have
  • Experience in using platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, Sales Navigator
  • Speaking in any of the WE languages such as German, Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch
