n8n GmbH in London is seeking an SDR Team Lead to guide our outbound enterprise SDRs across EMEA. You will hire, coach, and scale a six-person team while partnering with Enterprise AEs to drive pipeline and win rates.

This hybrid role requires hands-on coaching, strong SaaS sales instincts, and comfort working with Salesforce and Outreach to improve prospecting, messaging, and process discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency with Salesforce, Outreach, and prospecting platforms for managing activity and performance.
• Based in London and able to work from the office three days per week.

About the role

This position is hybrid and based in our London office, with an in-office expectation of three days per week.

n8n is hiring an SDR Team Lead to help lead our Outbound Enterprise SDR team, establishing local leadership, coaching, and operating cadence needed to scale enterprise pipeline across EMEA.

Based in London, you will manage a team covering outbound motions: hiring and onboarding new SDRs, coaching day-to-day execution, raising sales quality, and partnering with Enterprise AEs and GTM leadership to drive pipeline outcomes.

This role suits someone who is early in their leadership journey and enjoys hands-on coaching, thrives in fast-growing environments, and wants to help shape a regional SDR motion from the ground up.

REQUIREMENTS
