Job summary

NovaTaste is expanding its sales team in Saarbrücken and seeks a Sales Consultant to cover the assigned postal code areas. You will support customers in the territory, conduct product trainings, and drive sales growth.

You will build lasting relationships, present new product ideas, and participate in trade fairs. A butcher/chef background with strong customer focus helps succeed. Company car provided; full-time role with onboarding.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a butcher, master butcher, meat processor, or chef (m/f/d), ideally with a master craftsman qualification.
• Strong customer consulting and active sales skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Sound knowledge of food production and cooking processes.
• Hands-on mentality combined with teamwork and flexibility.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
• Ideally based in a central location within the sales territory (e.g. Lübeck).
