KJUS in Germany invites applications for a Store Sales Associate to join our team. In this role you will deliver expert customer service, advise on KJUS products, and contribute to an engaging shopping experience.

You will handle transactions, manage stock between warehouse and shop, and maintain neat visual displays. Proficiency in German and English, plus a passion for sport, helps you thrive in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Completed vocational training in sales/retail.
• Very good command of German and English.
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Office and Outlook.

• Provide professional advice and service to customers, including the active sale of all KJUS products
• Handle all cash desk operations, including payments, exchanges, returns, and daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure the collections are presented in an attractive, clean and professional manner, including visual merchandising of the sales floor
• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales area, including floors, fitting rooms, mirrors and display units
• Manage merchandise, including labelling, sorting, assortment maintenance and ordering
• Coordinate stock between the warehouse and the store
• Actively build and maintain strong customer relationships

In this position, you will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Provide professional advice and service to customers, including the active sale of all KJUS products
• Handle all cash desk operations, including payments, exchanges, returns, and daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure the collections are presented in an attractive, clean and professional manner, including visual merchandising of the sales floor
• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales area, including floors, fitting rooms, mirrors and display units
• Manage merchandise, including labelling, sorting, assortment maintenance and ordering
• Coordinate stock between the warehouse and the store
• Actively build and maintain strong customer relationships

Candidate requirements :

• Completed vocational training in sales/retail, with professional experience in a similar position, preferably within the textile, fashion or sporting goods industry
• Very good command of German and English
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Office and Outlook
• Engaged, responsible, flexible and service- and customer-oriented personality with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate about sports and a strong team player
