A leading tech company is seeking a skilled Sales Business Development Manager in Berlin to drive growth in the SDG segment. You will identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies through market analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, strong analytical skills, and a passion for sustainability. This role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, ensuring impactful contributions to sustainable development.
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager (d/f/m) to join our SDG Segment team. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, shape sales strategies through market analysis, and drive strategic projects to accelerate growth in the SDG segment. You will collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, BSI and other cross‑functional teams to launch innovative solutions and make a real impact on sustainable development.
Beyond strategic planning, you will be hands‑on responsible for the operational implementation of your initiatives — including the execution of sales campaigns, creating and analyzing reports, and continuously optimizing processes and results. This is not a purely strategic role: you will actively shape and drive the daily business.
You will report to the Lead of Business Development SDG Segment.
