Job summary

POP MART operates a network of stores worldwide and is seeking Sales Associates to contribute to salesmanship and customer experience. In this role you will greet customers, share POP MART core product information, and guide shoppers to the right items.

The position emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and assisting with shipments and stock handling. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of retail experience, can engage customers confidently, and may speak more than one language.

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information
• Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions
• Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions
• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom
  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
