Kleinanzeigen is seeking a Sales Associate to join the PRO Sales – Key Account Management team in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You will help run sales operations, prepare client materials, and drive process improvements while developing pre-sales capabilities as the business expands.

The role is hybrid with an initial 12-month contract. You should be organized, bilingual (German/English) and proficient in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to advance client engagements and internal workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales, sales operations, account management or related roles.
• Highly organized, structured, and process-driven.
• Eager to learn, curious and able to contribute ideas to improve workflows.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools and digital tech to automate tasks and boost productivity.
• Clear communicator who collaborates with stakeholders and creates presentations and docs.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Support the Key Account Management team with operational sales activities and day-to-day coordination.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and sales documentation for successful engagements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes and contribute to process improvements.
• Identify friction points in internal systems and translate them into actionable requirements for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and automation to optimize administrative workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams and gradually take on pre-sales responsibilities as the business grows.

The Job

As a Sales Associate, you are the operational backbone of our PRO Sales – Key Account Management team. You ensure our sales processes run smoothly, support strategic customer engagements, and help transform operational insights into meaningful improvements. As our portfolio grows, you'll have the opportunity to develop into pre-sales responsibilities and broaden your commercial skill set. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg, the duration of the contract is 12 months. You report to the Team Lead Key Account Management.

Job requirements

• You have initial experience in sales, sales operations, account management, customer success, or a similar business function (career starters and junior professionals are welcome).
• You are highly organized, structured, and enjoy keeping processes running efficiently.
• You are eager to learn, curious, and proactively contribute ideas to improve the way we work.
• You are comfortable using modern AI tools and digital technologies to automate tasks and increase productivity.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, and are confident creating presentations and documentation.
• You are fluent in German and English.
