For our DMC Division at the Hattersheim location near Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately.

What to Expect:

• Recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system
• Coordination of delivery dates in consultation with Logistics & Supply Chain
• Ensuring smooth order processing
• Handling written inquiries and orders
• Processing complaints in collaboration with relevant departments
• Close cooperation with the field sales team & Supply Chain
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
• Communication with customers and internal interfaces (e.g., Logistics, Technical, Service)

What We Expect:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in inside sales
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
• Structured and independent working style
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
