Zusammenfassung

MCM WORLDWIDE is seeking a sales-oriented professional for our stores and offices. You will contribute to achieving sales targets, advise customers, and help maintain stock, merchandising, and repairs. Fluency in German and English is a must, with a strong customer-focus and collaborative mindset.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury retail, passion for leather goods, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, international environment. Local candidates in Munich are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience in luxury sector
• Flair and strong interest for fashionable and quality leather products

• Sale of MCM products

Key Responsibilities:

• Sale of MCM products;
• Ensure compliance with the specified sales targets;
• Support and advise customers and build up the customer file;
• Acquire new customers and regular support of regular customers;
• Assist with commercial and organisational tasks, e.g. merchandise management, repairs, stocktaking and stock maintenance;
• Receive and labelling goods;
• Assist with visual merchandising (presentation and maintenance of goods).

Experience & Key Competences:

• Ideally at least 2 years experiences within the luxury sector;
• Flair and strong interest for fashionable and quality leather products;
• Organised, flexible, supportive and reliable;
• Excellent communication and selling skills;
• Strong team player with capacity to work autonomously;
• Positive attitude, hands‑on mentality and self‑motivated;
• Fluent in German and English is a must, every other language is an asset.
