MCM WORLDWIDE is seeking a motivated luxury retail professional in Baden-Württemberg tosell premium MCM products and advise customers in-store. You will help build a loyal customer base, maintain store presentation, and support daily commercial tasks in a dynamic luxury environment.

Fluency in German and English is essential. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on attitude in delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally at least 2 years experiences within the luxury sector.
• Flair and strong interest for fashionable and quality leather products.
• Organized, flexible, supportive and reliable.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Strong team player with capacity to work autonomously.
• Positive attitude, hands-on mentality and self-motivated.
• Fluent in German and English is a must, every other language is an asset.
