What you'll do:

  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasting insights to support planning, target setting, and decision-making across the Sales organisation.
  • Utilise systems such as ConnectWise, QuickBooks, and Fathom to understand sales and financial outcomes, and identify opportunities to enhance value delivery.
  • Review historical sales data to highlight customer opportunities and inform proactive outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and improve data cleanliness standards within CRM and ITSM systems.
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness, gross margin delivery, and progress against strategic goals.
  • Provide quoting and activity support to the Inside Sales team during peak periods and leave coverage.
  • Assist with maintaining up-to-date process documentation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support operational projects and ad-hoc initiatives across the Sales Operations team.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, managing the CT Sales Line and inbox to ensure timely, professional communication.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience in sales support, sales operations, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insights.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP tools (e.g., ConnectWise, QuickBooks, Fathom) is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to support broader team goals.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Hybrid working (for majority of our roles) with team anchor days to support collaboration.
  • Extensive training and development opportunities that enable continual growth as part of your career planning.
  • Extensive discounts and benefits to maximise your money.
  • A choice of your IT equipment to maximise your success and access to cost-price tech for your personal needs.
  • Fun team events to celebrate achievements and connect with colleagues outside work as part of our engaging culture.
