A recruitment services firm is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Leverkusen, Germany. We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager closer to the region (Baden Württemberg) to join one of our clients' teams in Germany. Manage and grow relationships with an assigned list of small business partners (shop-to-shop visits)
Travel daily to meet local partners (routes, contact info, and maps provided)
Promote services, ensure client satisfaction, and close transactions
Work with basic reporting tools (Excel, company CRM)
Represent the company professionally in the field
Fluent German (spoken and written)
Basic English (enough to communicate with internal teams)
Valid Category B Driver’s License and willingness to travel daily
Basic tech skills: Using Android smartphones, Windows computers, and Excel
Experience with shop or small business management, travel agencies, or client-facing roles is a plus
Good communication, responsibility, and ability to work without micromanagement
Competitive base salary + monthly commission
