About the Role

Nayak Aircraft Services is seeking a Sales Account Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the management of key customer accounts and assist in the end-to-end sales process. You will contribute to strengthening client relationships, supporting revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within the aviation maintenance sector. This role is ideal for a motivated junior professional looking to grow within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the sales cycle — from initial inquiries, quotations, and proposal preparation to contract follow-up.
  • Assist with regular follow-ups to existing customers, ensuring timely responses to RFQs and RFPs.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with senior sales colleagues.
  • Contribute to identifying and developing opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and support pricing, service, and delivery processes.
  • Conduct basic market research and outreach activities to uncover potential leads.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity with guidance from senior team members.
  • Participate in trade shows / conferences and customer visits, supporting the Sales team as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field or equivalent entry-level experience.
  • First experience (recent graduate or 1–2 years) in a sales, customer service, or commercial support role.
  • Interest in the Aviation and Aircraft Maintenance / MRO sector; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively within an international team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English required. Additional languages (German or Spanish) are a plus.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and flexible mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and outside, as required.
