Zusammenfassung

The Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking a Safe Neighbourhoods Assistant to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working, blending office days with working from home, to support a specialist team handling anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, and wider resident needs.

You will allocate cases, handle initial resident contact reports, and provide admin support like raising purchase orders, working with Officers to deliver responsive, customer-focused service

Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

Our Safe Neighbourhoods and Support Service are looking for a Safe Neighbourhoods Assistant to join their team in Oldham on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working; blending office days with working from home. The Safe Neighbourhoods and Support Service is a specialist team responsible for managing complex anti-social behaviour cases, legal matters, fraud, domestic abuse, safeguarding concerns and wider support needs to help residents maintain a safe and secure home. In this role you will support the team by allocating cases, managing the initial contact with residents who report noise nuisance, and providing administrative support such as raising purchase orders. You will work closely with a team of skilled Officers.
