HEIDELBERG Manufacturing Deutschland GmbH in Amstetten sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter Order Management (m/w/d). Sie erfassen und pflegen Stammdaten, bearbeiten Aufträge und erstellen Auftragsbestätigungen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen außerdem die Fakturierung von Musterteilen und Serienlieferungen, die Dokumentation von Reklamationen sowie die Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit Kunden und dem Bereich Steuerung/Disposition.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Industriekaufmann (m/w/d).
• Berufserfahrung in Auftragsabwicklung/Order Management von Vorteil.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP; gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Anlage, Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten (Kunde, Material, Konditionen).
• Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen; Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen.
• Fakturierung von Musterteilen, Betriebsmitteln und Serienlieferungen.
• Dokumentation und Weitergabe von Reklamationen; Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuung.
• Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit Kunden und Disposition.
