Zusammenfassung

Amazon Gera GmbH is seeking warehouse associates to prepare and ship orders in a fast-paced facility. You will be selecting, packing, and loading goods, using scanners, and adhering to safety guidelines. On-site shifts with fixed schedules and a Deutschlandticket benefit are part of the role.

Starting wage is 16.45€ gross per hour, with guaranteed increases to 18.31€ after 24 months. Candidates must be at least 18, proficient in German and/or English, and able to work 5 days a week including

Salary

16.45€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.45€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18.31€/h gross)

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Please note that not all shifttypes are always available, and availability may include the following:

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Late: 15:00 - 23:45

Working week: Monday to Saturday (5 working days as standard)

Job Overview

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training andcertification are provided free of cost.

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
