Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience commissioning and programming industrial robots, particularly in manipulation‑focused applications (e.g., bin picking, packaging, agricultural harvesting).
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or MATLAB, along with experience using robotics frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with robotic simulation platforms such as ROS, Gazebo, and Isaac Sim/Omniverse.
• Experience working with robotic perception, path planning, and motion control algorithms.
• Solid understanding of robotic hardware systems, including sensors, actuators, and control components.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and modern computer vision models.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of processes such as welding, surface treatment, painting, or polishing, is a significant plus.
