BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join our private duty pediatric team serving clients in Delaware. This role focuses on pediatric trach and ventilator care, with weekend scheduling and autonomy in the home.

The ideal candidate will hold an active nursing license, have pediatric care experience, and be comfortable coordinating with families and the BAYADA clinical team. BAYADA offers paid orientation, training, and competitive benefits.

Pediatric Home Care – Fall Nursing Opportunities

Immediate need for Weekend Pediatric Trach and Vent Nurses - $41-$43/hour

Our BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is interested in a Registered Nurse ( RN ) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability.

• On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want. Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag!
• During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! We also provide you with refreshments.
• On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.
