Cleveland Clinic Health System’s Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department. The role supports high‑quality patient care in a Level II Trauma Center setting, with 7:00am–7:30pm shifts and a focus on rapid assessment and treatment across the patient care journey.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver nursing care, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning in a fast-paced environment.

A caregiver in this position works7:00am to 7:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement, monitor, evaluate,updateand revise patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
Administerprescribed medications and treatments.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess andcoordinatepatients’ discharge needs.
Educate patients and their families.
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing(Diploma,ADNor BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year of current acute care RN or Emergency Department experience-Will consider military RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS)certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)certificationsthrough the American Heart Association (AHA)or American Red Crossupon hire or within one year of employment
Completion of Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC – adult) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC – pediatric) upon hire or within one year of employment
