Zusammenfassung

Synthflow AI, Berlin-based enterprise AI agent platform, seeks a RevOps professional to own systems, data and processes powering revenue operations. You’ll manage HubSpot, forecasting, renewals and commissions in a hands-on, AI-native setting.

You will partner with Data and Finance to ensure board-ready revenue data, build scalable automations, and drive continuous improvements in GTM processes and tooling in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in RevOps or GTM Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on CRM admin ownership, ideally HubSpot.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and BI or data warehouse tooling.
• Strong understanding of revenue metrics, forecasting and GTM processes.
• AI-native, systems-minded operator who automates rather than adds manual process.
• Highly hands-on, precise and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Aufgaben

• Own HubSpot and the GTM systems stack, including architecture, workflows, integrations and data hygiene.
• Own GTM reporting and metrics, including ARR, pipeline, win rate, ASP and NDR/GDR.
• Run core revenue processes across forecast enablement, renewals and commissions.

• Build AI automations that replace repetitive operational work and improve scalability.

About the Role

Own the systems, data and processes that power Synthflow’s Operations. You’ll run our RevOps infrastructure end-to-end, from HubSpot and forecasting to executive reporting, renewals and commissions, in a hands-on, AI-native environment.
