We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help Synthflow show up in the right places, with the right message, for the right buyers. This is a hands‑on role focused on running and improving growth channels, learning from data, and helping the company make smarter decisions on where and how to grow. It is not about owning all of demand gen alone. It is about building a strong growth foundation in close partnership with sales, content, brand, and the wider business.
