Key Responsibilities

• Strategy: Working closely with 4P team and providing training strategies according to product / channel strategies.
• Planning and executions: Plan and execute training sessions based on the FF and Channel's requirement. Collect and analyse training results and continuously improve training performances.
• Materials: Output native level training materials according to the local product / channel strategies.
• Campaigns: Organise and lead training campaigns based on the yearly product / promotion roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
• Have strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure, and be used to accept challenges.
• Ability to work independently, good personal reputation and professional ethics.
