Responsibilities
  • You take responsibility for a guest room and confidently manage the service on your floor
  • You are the host and contact person for all guests – from welcoming them to saying goodbye
  • You ensure professional wine advice and further develop the wine list together with the sommelier
  • You actively design and present the non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment and participate in pairings
  • You lead your team in a motivating manner, organize the process efficiently and ensure the highest quality of service
  • You are the link between service and kitchen and ensure a smooth flow of information
