Zusammenfassung

CleanHub is seeking an experienced consultant to review social standards and implement the RSI Harmonized Framework through capacity-building programs including ToT and in-person workshops. You will develop training plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver hands-on coaching for CleanHub teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities include gap analysis, workshop facilitation, and providing expert guidance during partner convenings.

Aufgaben

• Review CleanHub's social standards and project safeguards against the RSI Harmonized Framework
• Identify gaps, differences and priority areas of engagement
• Develop a training and capacity-building work plan using tools including iWrc videos, Training of Trainers and in-person workshops
• Consult with CleanHub at project initiation to confirm alignment with its needs and expectations
• Deliver capacity building for CleanHub teams using the ToT model
• Support implementation of the Harmonized Framework and Responsible Sourcing tools
• Provide up to 10 hours of one-to-one consultation for rollout support and troubleshooting
• Provide additional RSI training tools, including iWrc videos
• Participate as an issue expert in two partner convenings: one during the Engage, Assess and Remediate phase and one on Implementation Requirements

Requirements

• Recognized leadership role in developing, governing or setting the direction of the Responsible Sourcing Initiative Harmonized Framework
• Direct working experience in India, Indonesia and/or Tanzania, including field relationships and contextual knowledge
• Experience assessing corporate or programme social standards and safeguards against a recognised sourcing or supply chain framework
• Experience closing identified gaps
• Experience designing and delivering Training of Trainer (ToT) programmes for field-level teams
• Experience using a mix of virtual, in-person and self-paced training tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong cultural fluency to operate across multiple regions
• Existing relationships with government or civil society counterparts in the target regions (preferred)
• Experience with informal waste worker livelihoods, financial inclusion or plastics value chains (preferred)
• Experience facilitating in-person workshops with multi-country, multi-organisation audiences (preferred)
• CV highlighting relevant qualifications
• Organisational profile and role in the Responsible Sourcing Initiative
• Proposal covering activities per work package
• Evidence of prior work in the target regions
• Financial proposal covering the full project period
