E3G seeks a Researcher for Peg-Geo in Berlin to support German programmatic work, organizational development, and funding. The role blends policy research with outreach, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising, plus communications responsibilities.
You will conduct research on German politics, map stakeholders, plan dialogues and workshops, and contribute to grant proposals. Requirements include a Master’s degree, native German with fluent English, and strong analytical/communication skills.
The position holder will serve several functions simultaneously, partly delivering on German programmatic work, partly as support of organizational development, core functions, and funding. The role will be involved at once in German policy research, stakeholder management and outreach, fundraising, German communications and organizational development.
