The current position is a part of the Helmholtz Bioengineering Consortium, including generative AI experts, structural and molecular biologists and clinicians to develop anticancer therapeutics by protein design. This project will apply cutting‑edge generative AI methods—including protein design, structure–function prediction, and multimodal learning—to develop and optimize a new generation of protein therapeutics that can overcome resistance mechanisms in cancer pathways.
