GiveDirectly is seeking a senior leader to head strategic learning and measurement, shaping the organization’s approach to evidence and impact. You will drive prioritization across teams and oversee the research portfolio, ensuring decisions are informed by robust data and analysis.

You will collaborate with Product Leads, Partnerships, and M&E staff to translate insights into product design and scale. You will build and lead a small, high-leverage team to advance our learning agenda.
