The Computer Engineering group at the Institute of Embedded Systems, Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is looking for a dedicated PhD researcher. We are a dynamic, international team focused on advancing Electronic Design Automation (EDA) for embedded and cyber-physical systems. Our goal is to develop tools and methodologies that rigorously yield high-quality, reliable results for increasingly complex system designs. Specifically, we are having ongoing projects in security analysis, testing of digital systems and AI-based modelling of cyber-physical systems. Our group is tightly coupled to the research training group CAUSE that studies the design of self-explaining systems.
At the heart of TU Hamburg’s research, teaching and transfer of technology is the guiding principle of developing technology for people. The TU Hamburg sees itself in this context as a family-friendly and sustainable university with high performance and quality standards that strives for excellence in all its research fields.
