Want to contribute to the success of the energy and heating transition? We are working on solutions for supplying (process) heat using alternative, non-fossil energy sources such as biomass, ammonia, hydrogen and electricity.

Be part of change

  • Diverse and varied work in the context of processing and managing projects in the fields of energy storage and CO²-neutral process heat with a focus on high-temperature applications
  • Construction, optimisation and testing of plants in the technical centre and in the field
  • Development of models for calculation and design
  • Solution approaches for process integration and evaluation of the application
  • Preparation of publications and presentations
  • Coordination with partners and stakeholders from industry and research

What you contribute

  • A degree in process engineering, environmental process engineering, energy technology, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
  • An interest in a varied subject area with a wide range of challenges, from planning and design to construction and implementation, including testing a prototype in the technical centre
  • Prior knowledge in the areas of energy storage and process heat
  • The desire to continuously expand your professional and personal experience and the willingness to present your results internally and externally in presentations and publications
  • A highly independent and conscientious approach to work, ability to work in a team, quick comprehension
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
