TYTAN Technologies seeks a Requirements Engineer to own the complete technical requirements baseline for its C-UAS systems. You will ensure traceability from customer requirements through design and verification, coordinating across hardware, software, and systems teams.

You will maintain current product specifications and implementation status, supporting bids and customer engagements with accurate documentation. This role offers hybrid work from Munich and a path to impact.

We are seeking a Requirements Engineer to own the complete technical requirements baseline for TYTAN's C-UAS systems. This role maintains the single source of truth for what our products must do, how they're specified, and where implementation actually stands — and ensures nothing gets built, bid, or delivered against a requirement nobody actually checked.

• Maintain a detailed, current understanding of product specifications, interfaces, and implementation status.

• Support bid, capture, and customer engagements with accurate, current requirements documentation.

• Strong hardware, systems, or product-engineering background.
• Demonstrated ownership of a complete technical requirements baseline.
• Detailed understanding of product specifications, interfaces, and current implementation status.
• Experience ensuring end-to-end traceability from customer requirements to design, implementation, and verification.
• Experience coordinating requirement changes across hardware, software, and systems engineering.
