Fluency in English and German is required for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define requirements using proven methodologies

Model business processes and data flows (e.g., BPMN, UML, ERM)

Develop and maintain functional and technical concepts

Conduct impact assessments for change requests

Ensure quality and clarity in requirement documentation

Support development teams throughout the software lifecycle

• Interface closely with project managers to align expectations & Timelines

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or concept development
• Strong proficiency in modelling tools (UML 2.x, BPMN, ERM; ideally with Innovator)

Experience with agile practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• An analytical mindset with great communication skills and a structured way of working
• English and German full professional proficiency

A product-oriented approach and a good grasp of usability principles

• Bonus: exposure to DSLs, testing processes, or softwareengineering background
