The Role

Our Renewable Energy Consultants (RECs) play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of technical due diligence assignments, supporting the assessment and financing of renewable energy projects on behalf of our clients. Working under the guidance of Project Managers and Team Leaders, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects across a range of renewable technologies.

Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will undertake technical assessments, analyse project risks and opportunities, and help produce high-quality, detailed technical reports that provide clients with the insight needed to make informed investment decisions.

The breadth and variety of work across our Clean Energy Consulting business will give you exposure to a wide range of renewable energy and energy transition projects, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience, develop new technical capabilities, and build expertise within a rapidly evolving sector. Responsibilities

• Attending client meetings and undertaking site visits within Europe and globally
• Author and complete report sections within project deadlines, and scope requirements
• Supporting the development of proposals to secure new work

Desirable

• Awareness of the requirements of technical due diligence on infrastructure projects or in a team on an infrastructure project or supply chain (commercial management, contract negotiation, contract management, permitting, procurement)
• Experience in the development, construction, and operation of onshore, offshore wind energy Solar PV or BESS projects
• Working knowledge within at least one of the following; Wind, Solar, Hydrogen or BESS
• Understanding of commercial aspects of renewable energy infrastructure projects, including project finance
• Understanding of categorization and mitigation of risk
• Driving license
