An international investment fund management company is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients. Role Overview

Department: Relationship Management

Location: Luxembourg

Reporting to: Head of Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities
Client relations
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Analyze client financial needs and objectives to recommend tailored financial solutions, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and service delivery.
  • Run regular service review meetings and / or conference calls with the client and internal departments.
  • Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, helping them to integrate these principles into their operations and strategies.
  • Attend board meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
Operations coordinator
  • Establish clear and consistent communication channels between client relations and operations teams.
  • Act as a central point of contact between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of new projects (e.g. launch of new funds, liquidation, migration, etc.).
  • Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
  • Develop and implement effective cross‑selling strategies to introduce new services to clients.
  • Conduct regular consultations with clients to assess their current use of services and identify potential gaps that new services can fill.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings.
Profile
  • University degree in Finance.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a ManCo / AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory.
  • Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular 18 / 698).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, in a dynamic and regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM software.
