Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in a PMO environment within financial services / insurance.
• Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills; French a plus.

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will guide our clients successfully through complex consulting projects. You will work closely with them to analyze regulatory requirements, implement new demands, and ensure thorough documentation. Your role goes beyond optimizing existing processes — you will also push innovative approaches in regulatory reporting and actively shape the transformation of business models. Acting as a strong communicator, you will serve as the bridge between IT and business teams.

Your “must haves”

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, with a minimum of 2 years in a PMO environment within the financial services / insurance sector
• Consulting experience or client interaction in the financial services or insurance industry is desirable
• Communicative and self-reliant personality with a customer- and results-oriented working style who sees challenges as opportunities
• Strong analytical skills and structured, self-directed work style in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills, intercultural competence and experience working with distributed teams
• Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, Zoom) and experience in remote or hybrid project environments
• Fluent German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory; good English skills are also required and French would be an advantage
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar agile frameworks are a plus
