Zusammenfassung

Scalable Capital GmbH is seeking a skilled regulatory reporting professional to join its finance intelligence team in Munich. The role focuses on end-to-end preparation and submission of Pillar 1, EU and German reporting, and more, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will interpret new regulatory requirements, maintain compliant processes, and collaborate with software engineers to automate controls and data quality. English and German fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in finance or banking preferred.
• Several years of regulatory reporting in financial services.
• Exposure to market-making reporting desirable.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with strong communication/analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL and openness to AI opportunities.
• Regnology/Abacus experience is a plus.
• Independent worker in a fast-growing environment.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Job Description

You will contribute to the end-to-end preparation and submission of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, Pillar 2, transaction reporting, and more) with a focus on both accuracy and timeliness

You will interpret and assess the strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements, ensuring our reporting processes remain fully compliant

You will independently manage the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of our processes, controls, and data quality, closely working with our software engineers

You will take partial to full ownership for regulatory reporting aspects of high-impact interdisciplinary projects — such as new product and service offerings or expansion into new geographic markets

You will act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors as well as regulators with respect to regulatory reporting and related matters

You will provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous development

Qualifications

You have completed a degree preferably with a focus on finance or banking

Several years of experience in a comparable role in the financial services industry

Exposure to reporting processes required for market-making activities desirable

You are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills

You enjoy working with large data sets, ideally have some experience with SQL and embrace new AI opportunities

Previous experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform is a plus

You work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment

You have excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken
