Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a CSMP Compliance Specialist in Germany to support customer due diligence and CSMP processes across the pharmaceutical supply chain. You will conduct site visits as needed, review data, and prepare reports documenting analyses and trends.

In this role you will collaborate with account managers and internal teams, drive awareness of CSMP activities, and seek opportunities to improve processes and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent; typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and controlled substance compliance.
• Data-driven, analytical decision making.
• Excellent relationship-building and people engagement skills.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to controlled substances.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
