Zusammenfassung

Krankenhaus Agatharied KU sucht eine/n Krankenpfleger/in für den Operationssaal in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. Sie sind verantwortlich für Scrub- und Circulating- Aufgaben, bereiten den OP-Bereich hygienisch vor und unterstützen bei der Prä- und Postoperative Versorgung der Patienten.

Sie verfügen über eine OP-Pflegeausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation, sprechen Deutsch auf B2-Niveau und bringen möglichst OP-Erfahrung bzw. spezialisierte OP-Fachweiterbildung mit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene OP-Pflegeausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse mindestens B2-Niveau.

Aufgaben

• Scrub- und Flächenpflegerin/ Pfleger im Operationssaal.
• Hygienische Vorbereitung, Reinigung und Bereitstellung des OPS-Bereichs.
• Präoperative Vorbereitung und Positionierung der Patienten.
• Koordination intraoperativer Abläufe undOP-Dokumentation.
• Postoperative Vorbereitung und Umlagerung der Patienten.
• Sicherung steriler Materialien vor und nach Operation.
• Bereitstellung sämtlicher Operationsmaterialien inkl. Instrumente.
• Schicht- und Rufbereitschaft.
• Interdisziplinäre Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen.
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Standards im Department.

Operating Theatre Department

we are looking to recruit, at earliest possible date, registered nurses (m/f/d) or applicants with an equivalent foreign qualification, with experience in an operating theatre or a specialist qualification in operating theatre nursing (on a full-time or part time basis (m/f/d))

Your responsibilities include

• Performing scrub nurse and circulating nurse duties in the operating theatre
• Hygienic preparation and subsequent cleaning and preparation of the operating theatre, including rooms, equipment and materials
• Preoperative preparation and positioning of patients
• Coordinating intraoperative procedures and completing operating theatre documentation
• Postoperative preparation and repositioning of patients
• Professionally managing sterile supplies before and after surgery
• Providing all materials required for surgery, including instrument sets, surgical instruments and consumables
• Working shifts and on-call duties
• Coordinating and communicating with staff from different professional groups
• Contributing to the development and updating of operating standards relevant to the department

Your profile

• You have completed an apprenticeship in an operating theatre, for example as a registered nurse with operating theatre experience or specialist training in operating theatre nursing, as an operating theatre technician/assistant (OTA), or you hold an equivalent professional qualification obtained abroad
• You have German language skills at level B2 and hold a valid B2 certificate, such as:
• Goethe-Zertifikat B2
• TestDaF (the TestDaF level TDN 3 corresponds to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
• telc German B2 certificate
• ÖSD German Certificate B2
• ECL language certificate
• You already have professional experience in an operating theatre
• Ideally, you have completed specialist training in operating theatre nursing or are willing to undertake this further training
• You have excellent organisational skills and are willing to work in various surgical specialties
• You demonstrate a collegial attitude and are committed to interdisciplinary cooperation
• You are flexible, physically and mentally resilient, and able to ber
• You are motivated to actively contribute to the development of our department and identify with the aims of our hospital
• You have good technical and methodical skills as well as a high level of social competence when dealing with people in exceptional situations
• You have good IT skillsapprenticeship

Remuneration

Remuneration is based on the provisions of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD) in its currently applicable version. The position is classified in pay group P8. The applicable experience level will be determined based on the individual candidate’s qualifications and relevant professional experience.
