ChristianaCare is seeking Registered Nurse II for its Winter Temporary Program across Newark and Wilmington campuses. This RN role offers 12- or 24-week options, 12-hour day or night shifts, and the chance to build acute care experience in a leading health system.

You will join a unit for the duration, complete orientation, and participate in a controlled schedule with weekend/holiday commitments. A BSN is preferred, ADN required, with 2 years of acute care RN experience and BLS certification.

Program Dates – Two Options

• 24-Week Option: October 25, 2026 - March 13, 2027
• 12-Week Option: December 6, 2026 - February 27, 2027

Requirements

$52.00 hourly

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
