ChristianaCare is seeking nurses for its Surgical/Trauma ICU units in Delaware. The team supports neurosurgical, general surgical and adult/pediatric trauma patients in a 22-bed Surgical/Trauma ICU within the SCCC.

A strong nursing team provides multidisciplinary care, with opportunities for clinical ladder advancement and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one. Initial hours include day and midnight rotations, with weekend and holiday schedules per department practices.

Qualifikationen

• BSN or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire.
• Minimum 1-2 years stepdown experience.
• Critical Care experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

We have a cohesive Nursing Team who serves patients with a multidisciplinary approach. The Nurses on this unit work with neurosurgical, general surgical and adult/pediatric trauma patients.

Requirements

Hours

Day/Midnight rotating schedule of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Weekend and Holiday schedule is per departmental & organizational practices.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
