How you’ll live your ambition

You will navigate the exciting landscape of sales and business development by implementing growth strategies and managing key performance indicators. Your focus will be on enhancing revenue and market presence across Eastern Germany. You'll be responsible for the performance of trade sales channels in the assigned area, fostering relationships and organizing initiatives for travel partners together with trade marketing team.

Demonstrate your passion
  • You will reach challenging targets, using market insights to expand Costa's presence and influence across Eastern Germany.
  • Market analysis will be your compass to identify trends and growth opportunities, enabling you to implement effective local marketing campaigns, in line with the central and local functions, and initiatives.
  • You will represent Costa at industry events and trade fairs, enhancing our brand visibility and expanding our network of distribution partners, with a focus on the group travel segment.
  • You’ll become the go-to person for sales activities debriefs, offering strategic insights and fostering collaboration with the DACH sales team and international counterparts.
  • Your contribution will be crucial in executing trade sales initiatives, allowing you to leave your mark on Costa's success.
