Your Role

Your mission along with your team will be to develop and implement a Sales strategy that empowers our business within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead coach and develop a diverse and talented Sales team in the region.
  • Take charge of the day-to-day business operations in Germany & CEE ensuring good performance and results.
  • Be an integral member of the Management Team Sales & Marketing EMEA actively contributing to the companys overall success.
  • Proactively support the acquisition of new customers markets and sales partners as well as the introduction of new products while building long-lasting relationships with our stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful advice to the team and management on emerging market trends opportunities and risks in the region.
  • Foster an environment that enables the sales team to deliver on their key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute actively to the development of sales promotions exhibitions and other sales-enhancing activities.
