Job summary

TIENS Europe Region GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Regional AI Project Manager to lead the deployment and adoption of AI solutions across Europe, coordinating with headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical units to drive business growth.

You will manage AI projects, gather requirements, oversee testing, and monitor milestones, while promoting best practices to maximize AI impact and ensure successful delivery across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably involving AI, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-driven initiatives.
• Solid understanding of AI applications, intelligent agents, automation solutions, and digital business tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English and local language communication skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of European business practices, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Solution Deployment across the European region, develop deployment plans and coordinate resources for subsidiaries and distributors.
• Manage requirements and continuous improvement by gathering stakeholder input and translating needs to Product/Tech teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects by liaising between headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, and deliverables; prepare status updates and reviews.

As an AI Project Manager, you will lead the implementation and adoption of AI solutions across Europe, coordinating headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical teams. You will manage AI projects, gather business requirements, oversee testing and feedback, and ensure successful deployment to support business growth.

You will also monitor project progress, resolve implementation challenges, and promote best practices to maximize AI adoption and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Lead AI Solution Deployment Drive the implementation and rollout of AI solutions across the European region. Develop deployment plans and coordinate resources to ensure successful adoption by subsidiaries and distributors. Support local teams in integrating AI applications into their business operations.
• 2. Manage Requirements and Continuous Improvement Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from regional stakeholders. Translate business needs into actionable recommendations for Product and Technology teams. Collect user feedback and support the continuous enhancement of AI solutions.
• 3. Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects Act as the key liaison between headquarters, regional teams, distributors, and technical stakeholders. Facilitate communication, align priorities, and ensure timely project execution. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
• 4. Monitor Project Performance and Delivery Track project milestones, risks, and key deliverables. Prepare regular status updates and project reviews. Identify opportunities to improve project processes, efficiency, and overall business impact.
