About the Role

Among other things, they are involved in complex domestic and international transactions, financing, the structuring and restructuring of real estate investments, and joint ventures. In addition to substantive issues, this work also focuses in particular on transaction and project management, especially in due diligence processes and in the preparation, execution, and implementation of purchase and financing agreements. We rely on dynamic teams and creative solutions. The international focus of our consulting practice, the many points of intersection with other areas of consulting, and the blend of legal and economic aspects make our work particularly exciting and multifaceted.
