A rapidly growing recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Manager to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized civil engineering positions across Germany. The ideal candidate must have business-level fluency in German and in-house technical recruitment experience. You will be proactive and decisive while working independently and influencing technical stakeholders. This position offers the potential for remote work and the opportunity to build a structure in a scaling operation.
Location : HQ Berlin (ideally hybrid in Berlin, however this position can be remote anywhere across Germany with some travel to sites when needed.)
