Bodycote is seeking a Recruiter - Western Europe to connect with external talent markets and lead end-to-end recruitment across Western Europe, with emphasis on France and Germany. You will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver quality hires for the business.

The role requires fluency in English, French and German, strong sourcing across EU channels, and a continuous improvement mindset within a global manufacturing and engineering context.

The Role

As Recruiter - Western Europe, you’ll play a key role in connecting Bodycote with the external talent market, driving attraction and hiring solutions to support business performance and growth. You’ll take ownership of end to end recruitment across Western Europe, with a particular focus on France and Germany, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.

• Strong sourcing capability, with solid experience in identifying and engaging talent across France and Germany using a variety of recruitment channels and tools
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and enhancing Talent Acquisition practices
• The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through a collaborative and consultative approach
• Fluency in English, French, and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location & Work Pattern

The preferred location is either Germany, France. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
