Your tasks

• You will discuss required profiles for IT and commercial positions with the responsible Hiring Manager and formulate the job advertisements
• You are responsible for the publication and continuous updating of job advertisements on external job boards as well as our career site
• Providing feedback on applicants, scheduling and moderating interviews and advising the Hiring Manager on applicant selection
• At the same time, you proactively search for potential candidates
• You will present our employer brand at tech meetups and internal events (e.g. onboarding), always keeping the candidate/employee experience in mind
• You will work with the HR team on projects and process improvements and also take on administrative HR tasks as needed

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a start-up and/or tech environment
• You bring organizational talent, stress resistance, service orientation, empathy as well as a sense for employer brand and ideally have expert knowledge for IT positions
• You are experienced in using modern HR and project management tools (Personio, Jira, Confluence)
• You speak and write German on at least C1 level and English on at least B2 level
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in active sourcing with Boolean searches
