- Drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles in Affiliate, Media Buying, Marketing, CRM, and Product - including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, and making offers across multiple regions;
- Create new and effective ways to engage passive candidates worldwide through sourcing, analytics, social media, and direct outreach;
- Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and build hiring strategies;
- Build, expand, and maintain a global candidates’ database to support ongoing hiring needs;
- Track and analyze recruitment pipeline metrics, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and performance data on a regular basis;
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and professional meetups to expand talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand;
- Participate in HR and recruitment projects aimed at scaling our international hiring operations.
Experience you’ll need to bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT/digital/iGaming companies or recruitment agencies;
- Strong proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and candidate databases;
- Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews;
- Proven experience hiring across Europe;
- Experience in the iGaming industry (especially hiring for Affiliate, CRM, Retention, Media Buying, or Product roles) will be a strong plus.
